barrel underlugs

Currenlty the underlugs are machined integral to the Southern Mountain Rifle barrel and Colonial Rifle barrel, though this will change in the future. The fowler has underlugs installed. The Woodsrunner and the Barn gun and the Hawken have dovetails cut for separate underlugs which install very easily.
