Standard Maple: 5-35% curl, always in stock, fastest to ship. Fancy Maple +$225: 35-65% curl, figure "pops" with stain. Extra Fancy Maple +$425: 65-90% curl, most dramatic figure, longer wait. Walnut +$225: straighter grain, darker tone, needs less stain. Cherry: fine tight grain, deepens and reddens with age. Customer-Supplied Stock -$60: customer wood, customer bears defect risk.
