1/8 inch and 1/4 inch chisels; X-Acto style knife and small mallet; sharpening stone; 6 to 8 inch single-cut mill file; 6 to 8 inch half-round fine file; half-round, triangular or 3-square, and flat needle files; center punch, 1/16 inch drill bits, and 1/16 inch pin punch; small hammer, drill, side cutters, pliers or vise grips; screwdrivers and a 2 to 3 inch C-clamp; articulating arm or draftsman lamp; optional jeweler's saw, cabinet scraper, and jack stand prop; 150 to 320 grit abrasive paper for wood and metal; inletting transfer color, wood stain or finish, and metal finishing solution.
