Kibler's Longrifles Knowledge Base

What size drill bit and pin does Kibler's use for pinning parts like ramrod pipes?

Holes in the wood are drilled with a 1/16 inch bit, matched to a 1/16 inch pin, so the fit is a close, friction fit by design. If a finish coat has built up in the hole, running a drill bit through it again can clear it out so the pin seats properly.
