Yes, the lock bolt holes are drilled and tapped, and the tang holes in the trigger plate are also drilled and tapped, so a builder does not need to do that work. Ramrod pipe and thimble lugs are not yet drilled on the mountain rifle, though they are already drilled on the colonial rifle.
