How do I remove the tumbler from the cock on a Kibler's lock?
The tumbler is a press fit into the cock, so it has to be driven out with a punch. Support the cock well on the back side, then hit the punch with a good sharp rap using a square punch sized to fit the hole. The tumbler shafts have a small two degree taper, so once the fit breaks free it comes out all at once.
