How are the Fowler's ramrod pipes made?

The ramrod pipes for the Fowler are planned to be made from thin sheet metal, around 20 to 25 thousandths thick, that is rolled and formed rather than machined solid. This matches how these parts were typically made on the original guns, even though the wall could also be machined very thin if needed.
