Are the ramrod pipe holes pre-drilled on Kibler's kits?
On the mountain rifle, the ramrod pipes do not have holes pre-drilled in them, while the Colonial rifle does have the holes drilled in the tabs. Where holes are not pre-drilled, the same drill guide bushing process is used to drill them.
