Kibler's Longrifles Knowledge Base

What gauges is the Kibler Fowler kit offered in, and how do they differ?

The Fowler kit is offered in 16 and 20 gauge, which share the same exterior barrel shape but differ in bore size, 62 versus 67 caliber, and therefore wall thickness. The 16 gauge handles a bit nicer and is more representative of a true English gun, while the 20 gauge gives a lighter ball and slightly better ballistics if you intend to shoot round ball, even though the gun is not primarily designed for that.
