Why does developing a new rifle kit take so long?
Kibler's has to create a complete digital description of every surface, form, and point of the rifle, which is far more difficult than building a single gun by hand. Beyond designing the part itself, the fixtures and manufacturing process for making that part efficiently and repeatably in production also have to be designed.
