Were Kibler's parts always machined, or were they cast at one point?
Kibler's originally cast parts like nose caps, but cast quality was inconsistent because molds wear and castings are not always great. They started machining these parts on a large vertical machine with a fourth axis, and machined parts are far superior to the cast versions with no real comparison in quality.
