Why is CNC relief carving on a rifle stock challenging?
Relief carving on CNC-machined stocks is tricky because it involves machining a 3D part from many different angles and getting all the resulting surfaces to blend together well. Some of the difficulty also comes from the part's design model rather than the machining strategy itself.
