Why doesn't Kibler's offer trigger guards pre-fit with no fitting required at all?
Offering guards with no fitting at all would introduce more variation in production and tends to generate extra customer questions and calls about parts seeming not to fit right, even when nothing is actually wrong. Kibler's found it works better to head those issues off by fitting the guard partway and leaving the rest as a manageable, well-guided step for the builder.
