Why does Kibler's use a CNC process to machine gun stocks instead of duplicators?
CNC machining produces stocks that are extremely tight in tolerance, very repeatable, and very finely finished, which is a huge step up from older duplicator processes. Developing that CNC process is time consuming and the equipment is expensive, but once it is worked out it produces much better results than more antiquated methods.
