What size hole should I drill to pin the ramrod tip on my Woodsrunner?

A drill of about 0.070 inch works for the finish nail used to cross pin the ramrod tip, or a 1/16 inch drill can be used if a 0.070 bit is not available, filing the pin down slightly to fit.
