Kibler's Longrifles Knowledge Base

How is Kibler's flintlock different from locks that have traditionally been made using investment casting?

Kibler's lock is made primarily from machined parts rather than investment castings. The lock plate, sear, tumbler, bridle, mainspring, and frizzen spring are all fully CNC machined, while only the frizzen, cock, and top jaw are castings, and even those have their critical working surfaces ground or machined.
