How does Kibler's machine its barrels?

Kibler's first bores the barrel and threads it for a breech plug on a lathe. The whole barrel, including the breech plug, is then machined in basically two setups. Because the breech plug is machined right on the barrel, the touch hole comes milled flat and perfectly aligned with no rotational misorientation.
