How do you press the cock back onto the tumbler shaft after disassembly?
Use a piece of aluminum or steel with a hole drilled to the size of the small tumbler shaft, place it over the shaft, then squeeze the whole arrangement together in a vise to seat the cock. If the vise is not smooth jawed, brass jaws should be used to avoid marring the parts.
