How do you install the ramrod tip during Woodsrunner assembly?
The tip goes into the stock end of the ramrod, not the end that sticks out, and it is designed to be a snug fit that can be tapped on. It is then retained with a small finish nail that is cross pinned through a drilled hole, with the pin heads filed flush and rounded over with a hammer so the tip cannot fall out.
