How do you fix a bowed ramrod?

The easiest way to straighten a bowed ramrod is to take it in your hands and bend it firmly in the opposite direction, repeating a few times as needed. This usually works, though a rod that breaks due to grain runout is considered a defective part and Kibler's will replace it at no cost.
