The fly is missing from my lock and the hammer won't drop past half-cock.
The fly is most likely lost during disassembly, it is a tiny part and easily missed. We can send a replacement tumbler and sear, or you can send the lock back and we'll fix it at no charge. Sending the lock back is the best solution.
