Colonial kit question, your barrels have a 1:72 twist rate, would that be optimal for shooting something like a minie ball in addition to the recommended patch round balls?
Our barrels are designed to shoot round balls well. With the 1:70 twist rate, I wouldn't expect them to shoot minie balls very well.
