With the trigger pin in wood instead of metal, is there any chance of wallowing out the pin hole with continues use? Can you use a trigger that is connected to the trigger plate?
The pin doesn't move in the wood, the pin is fixed so it won't wallow out with use. This is a time tested, excellent, traditional trigger assembly method. There is no need to use a trigger connected to the trigger plate.
