The tumbler broke when I was disassembling the lock.
This most likely broke or cracked when knocking out the tumbler from the cock. If the tumbler arms catch on anything during removal, this is what will happen. Best solution is to send the lock back, we'll put in a new tumbler and make sure everything is perfect at no charge.
