Woodsrunner Rifle Kit — Step 10: Installing the Guard

• Fit the guard to the stock using the same general process as the other metal parts. The guard may need slight bending for proper alignment.

• With the lock and trigger installed and their bolts tightened, clamp the guard tightly to the stock and continue the pre-drilled pin holes through the guard tabs.

• When installing pins for the first time, file or grind a generous taper on the pin ends to aid alignment.
