Woodsrunner Rifle Kit — General Order of Assembly

Assemble the kit in the following order. Each step is described in detail in the sections that follow.

1. Install underlugs in barrel

2. Fit barrel and tang to stock, then pin the underlugs

3. Install trigger plate and trigger

4. Check installed buttplate

5. Install box lid and catch spring

6. Install lock

7. Install sideplate

8. Check wood clearance for the lock’s moving parts

9. Test lock and adjust trigger

10. Install guard

11. Install ramrod pipes

12. Install muzzle cap

13. Install sights

14. Install ramrod tip

15. Finish metal

16. Finish wood
