What finish should I use over bone black?

Tried & True oil varnish is the better choice over bone black, since it has fewer solvents and is less likely to disturb the coat underneath. Kibler Gunstock Sealer and Finish can be used, but it will smear bone black if you use too much, so apply it sparingly and do not rub it in.
